Day 3 of 365

Second day of working for 2018. Most of my time were spent watching suits. I am almost done with it,finally! I can move on, I can move on with another series, hahaha. Yesterday was also the first school day for 2018 for Mitch. All along, I thought she would wake up early because of excitement to finally go back to school after a long holiday but unfortunately, I have to drag her to take a bath and even spoon-fed her so that she wont be late. I thought I am a changed woman already but NO! I still am the same giddy, time-beater working mama. I almost got late thank God to "habal-habal" driver who saved my day. I had a very busy Wednesday morning, I prepared breakfast, did the laundry and everything in between. Typical Mama. I had to rush everything, rush going to the CR, rush taking a bath, rush getting dressed up, everything in rush! I even brought my breakfast to work because I did not have time to eat at home anymore. Those things made me come up with my New year...

Day 2 of 365

Second day of 2018 was a working day for me. I had to endure holiday blues and get myself to the office and spent 8 hours in front of my computer looking at pictures from the previous holidays and did not even touched anything that has something to do with work. Hahaha. Lucky for me I don't have that much to do these days so I had the luxury of time to splurge on unnecessary things. By the way, I took my daughter with me to work since I really don't have anything to do at the office. We went to buy the toy that she wanted for the money that she earned (partly). It was expensive! I never would have splurged my money on that toy if it was my money, but it's partly hers, so let it be. She was happy though with that toy and that was enough for a mom like me. That was how my 2nd day of 2018 went. Mamay

Day 1 of 365

On the first day of 2018, it was raining the whole day because of TD Agaton. Yes, Agaton started the new year. We all did not invite him but still, he came and even left some areas flooded. But, nonetheless, we had fun celebrating the first day of the new year 2018 and at the same time the birthday of our youngest bro, Emman. Although, most of the time we were sleeping or lying down, we enjoyed new year. The pics tell it all. Happy New Year! Mamay :-)

The Year That Was (2017)

This blog is inspired by a blogger who I am following. New year, New me? Nah, not really! Happy new year to all of us. I am just going to look back at 2017 and how it has been a good year for me. 2017 was a great year for me. It started with Papay getting a job. It was a breath of fresh air for the both of us. It was also my answered prayer, yes, I have been praying for that for quite some time. 2017 was also the year when I felt God's graces abundantly, though I know He has been blessing me all throughout despite my shortcomings. That year also, Mitch turned 7, although things did not go as planned but we were still thankful for what we had. That was also the year when we went all out with our travels, work-related by the way. I  went from Luzon to Mindanao. Although it was challenging, but I accepted the challenge wholeheartedly. There's that guilt feeling that I wont be home for my family's needs, my daughter's especially but I'm glad th...
